We found Almendra to be quite professional, and her local knowledge was essential for us, as had no previous experience with the Bloomington area. Her diligence in matching new listings to our budget and wish list was outstanding. She always found time to quickly show us new listings. She always greeted us with a smile, and unwavering optimisim that the right house would appear, if we kept up the search. Almendra was always candid when asked for advice relative to pricing and making offers. Candid also about a pros and cons of each home that we visited. As the process evolved from looking to making offers, she was very efficient with the paperwork, and kept us informed in a timely manner. We were quite impressed with her handling of the escrow check. She had us text her a copy of the check before we gave it to the escrow agent. Not a lot of money involved, but we liked the idea of taking this extra precaution, as we did not want a delay in closing. Almendra quided us through the bank wiring process, and closing was accomplished on time and without any drama. Almenda was professional in every respect. She was patient beyond belief. Always optimistic and eager to help us find the “right” house. Her local knowledge was immensly valuable to us.”
